Make sure to select the right Day Camp before you register and complete the mandatory BSA Health Form that must be emailed back or turn it in to the right Day Camp Director listed below before the camp starts. You need to complete parts A & B and it DOES NOT need the signature of a doctor.
No youth will be allowed to attend Day Camp without the completed BSA Health Form.
